ForceShield Dataroom — Terms of Use

1. Purpose

This site (dataroom.forceshield.ai) exists to share informational material about the ForceShield ecosystem — including the RiskScan platform and vertical products such as FireBreak Risk — with prospective counterparties, partners, counsel, capital providers, and regulators.

The material is provided for information only. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, an offer to bind or transact insurance or reinsurance capacity, a solicitation for coverage, investment advice, legal advice, or the establishment of any business, agency, brokerage, underwriting, or fiduciary relationship. No representation is made that any product, service, model, or capability described on this site is or will be commercially available in any specific jurisdiction, on any specific timeline, or on any specific terms.

2. Maturity preamble — LIVE / PLANNED / ASPIRATIONAL

Material on this site describes work at three maturity levels. The level applies to the specific artifact, not to the ecosystem as a whole.

• LIVE — currently deployed in a production or production-equivalent environment. Behavior described in a LIVE artifact reflects the system as it runs.
• PLANNED — under active development or contracted for delivery on a stated timeline. Behavior described in a PLANNED artifact reflects intended design and is subject to change until shipped.
• ASPIRATIONAL — direction, standard, or research-track material that is not committed to a delivery date. ASPIRATIONAL material is proposed rather than mandated, and should not be relied on as a commitment.

Where an artifact does not carry an explicit maturity label, treat it as PLANNED by default.

3. Ecosystem naming

“ForceShield” refers to the layered ecosystem of standards proposals, platform services, intellectual property, and vertical channels operated or coordinated by 00 Start LLC. Named layers include ForceShield (standards direction), RiskScan (platform), 00 Start (intellectual property), FireBreak Risk (wildfire vertical), TransitSafe (mobility vertical), and SecuredCarbon (energy / carbon vertical). Naming and scope may evolve. Not every layer is available in every jurisdiction, and inclusion of a layer on this site is not a representation that it is generally available.

4. Public vs. gated content

Only the public landing page and the access-request form are open to the general public. All other paths on this site are protected by identity-based access control administered by 00 Start LLC. Attempting to access, enumerate, probe, or scrape non-public paths without an issued invitation is not permitted.

5. Request-access form

The /request-access form is provided so that potential counterparties, partners, counsel, capital providers, and regulators can identify themselves and ask to be considered for access to gated material.

By submitting the form you:

• Represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are requesting access on behalf of the organization you name.
• Agree that submission does not create any obligation on 00 Start LLC to grant access, respond, or offer any product or service.
• Agree that 00 Start LLC may retain your submission for administrative and audit purposes, may verify the information you provide against public sources, and may share it internally with personnel and advisors who need to see it to evaluate the request.
• Acknowledge that the form is protected by a bot-mitigation challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) whose result is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. under Cloudflare’s own terms.

Submissions that appear automated, that use shared inboxes or generic distribution lists, that use consumer webmail for named-recipient tiers, or that misrepresent affiliation may be declined without notice.

If access is later granted, that grant is governed by a separate, tier-appropriate click-wrap acceptance (evaluation confidentiality terms) or, for diligence-grade exchange, a countersigned mutual non-disclosure agreement. Submitting the request-access form does not itself impose confidentiality obligations on the requester.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site is the property of 00 Start LLC or its licensors. No license, express or implied, is granted by publication. “ForceShield,” “RiskScan,” “FireBreak Risk,” “TransitSafe,” and “SecuredCarbon” are used as product / project designations of 00 Start LLC; other marks referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

7. No warranty

Content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Modeled outputs and forward-looking descriptions are inherently uncertain and should not be relied upon in isolation for underwriting, investment, regulatory, or operational decisions.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from access to or use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in California.

9. Changes

00 Start LLC may revise these Terms at any time by posting a new version. The version identifier at the top of this document indicates the currently posted version.
